Yoga flow dÉbutant

Ideal to decrease stress level, to increase muscular endurance and to improve flexibility. The demonstrations and the rhythm of the movement executions are made for THOSE YOGA BEGINNERS, those who want to revise their basic postures or those who want to do a course with a lower intensity.

Yoga yin yan

This course is suggested for beginners, it consiste of gentle Yoga postures which allow the body to regenerate. A mindful and balancing practice which calms down the nervous system and helps activate the immune system.

Power yoga

This course is suggested for intermediate and advanced level students. A series of postures which stimulate the whole body, tones and increases muscular endurance. This practice brings both mental and physical balance as well as concentration and flexibility.

Let's challange your balance on a paddle board, where you will connect the sun, the ocean and the yoga for an unforgettable class. More seated postures to focalize on the abs and legs.
